Yin Yoga
This is an event series

A gentle yoga class that emphasizes stretching and provides a reset for your body, mind, and spirit. During this 50-minute class, you'll hold nourishing poses anywhere from 3-5 minutes.

Since this is a quiet class, emotions may come up for you. You're encouraged to dress comfortably to ensure a safe space to connect with your body and encourage self-compassion and healing.

You will need pillows, blankets, or bolsters to make each pose comfortable and accessible.

I highly encourage to play calm music such as flute music or singing bowls to help you get into your zen.
