Yin Yoga

A gentle yoga class that provides a reset for your body, mind, and spirit. During this 50-minute class, you'll hold nourishing poses anywhere from 2-5 minutes.

Since this is a quiet class, emotions may come up for you. You're encouraged to dress comfortably to ensure a safe space to connect with your body and encourage self-compassion and healing. Your mind may wander, and it's okay. Gently bring your mind back to your breath and body. It's a practice - not perfection. :)

You'll need pillows, blankets, or bolsters to make each pose comfortable and accessible.

After our first email, we'll schedule a call to see how I may support and guide you as you work toward your wellness goals. Coaching may be just the type of accountability you've been wanting and/or needing. As your intuitive coach, I will encourage you to access your own wisdom through a kind and compassionate lens.

Free Monthly Yoga Nidra Class

Namaste! Treat yourself to calm and bliss for the next 45-ish minute yoga nidra class. Yoga nidra is often called a "conscious sleep" where you hover between the liminal space of awareness and sleep.


This class is designed to calm your nervous system by engaging the parasympathetic nervous system so you may begin to "rest and digest."


You may want to bring cozy socks, blanket(s), blocks, and pillows for this restful class.

Private Class

One on one yoga classes provide a truly unique experience by tailoring each class to your needs. We will work together to make your virtual class an accessible and truly enjoyable experience for you.

Each class runs between 50-55 minutes which will include connecting with your body through pranayama (breath-work), a warm-up, gentle yoga, and end with a nourishing final resting pose.

I encourage having pillows, blankets, and/or a bolster to ensure each pose is as nourishing as possible.

Welcome Fall Yin & Yoga Nidra Class

Namaste, friends! Let's welcome and embrace the coziness that autumn offers.


This 45-minute yin (gentle stretching) and yoga nidra (conscious sleep) class is a beautiful way to welcome the autumn equinox.


Please have your mat (or towel) and blocks ready to make each yin pose more accessible and comfortable. You also may want to have you blanket(s), pillow(s), and cozy socks as we move from yin to yoga nidra.
