During yin, you're encouraged to find that 50-60% of your max stretch. Since we embrace imperfection and accessibility, you're welcome to create dynamic movement into any and all poses. As always, please listen to your body.
If your mind wanders, that's perfectly okay. Gently remind yourself to come back to your breath and body.
