Welcome Fall Yin & Yoga Nidra Class

Namaste, friends! Let's welcome and embrace the coziness that autumn offers.


This 45-minute yin (gentle stretching) and yoga nidra (conscious sleep) class is a beautiful way to welcome the autumn equinox.


Please have your mat (or towel) and blocks ready to make each yin pose more accessible and comfortable. You also may want to have you blanket(s), pillow(s), and cozy socks as we move from yin to yoga nidra.
